On The Urban Debate With Faye D'souza, tonight, 49 Artists have written a letter to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the recent crime over Lynching, crushing of decent & misuse of 'Jai Shree Ram' in the crime. As Chief Minister of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee supports the letter by saying anyone can write the Pm and ask for help and state do not blame any party for this. Should India have a hate crime law?
